Crimes by Syrian Regime have reached to war crimes and crimes against humanity

According to international humanitarian law
The successive events that have amounted to war crimes and crimes against humanity
In addition to the events of the city of Dara, today's, the coastal city of Banias
Syrian security authorities bombed the city by military machine guns  and they are preventing the operations of rescue of injured, and Firing on the wounded and on the rescue men.

وبالإضافة إلى الأحداث التي جرت في مدينة درعا، اليوم، مدينة بانياس الساحلية
السلطات الأمنية السورية قصفت المدينة من قبل المدافع الرشاشة العسكرية ومنعت الجرحى وهم منع عمليات انقاذ المصابين ، وإطلاق النار على الجرحى وعلى رجال الاغاثة.
